Our Agenda:
1. Gathering at the community room in Haslett Public Library @ 1pm
2. Outdoors: Wildcat ecosystem game
3. Indoors: Snack (provided by Foods for Living) with book read-aloud
4. Indoors: Learning about Wild Cats in Michigan
5. How to participate in Wildcat Citizen Science Project(s)
6. Outdoors: Looking for possible Wild Cat Habitat
7. Short hike to a multi-ecosystem nature area, including time to play & explore outdoors.
Where: Haslett Public Library
When: Saturday 17 October 2015
Time: 1-4pm (we will leave for hike at about 3pm)
Bring: Hiking gear* & bug repellent
Also bring: at least one adult with a child

*‘Hiking gear’ can be as simple as old sneakers, shoes, or boots that you are comfortable walking 1-2 miles in. A small backpack or other easy-to-carry bag to hold sunblock, bug repellent, hat(s), and water is also helpful.
