Where: Haslett Public Library
When: Saturday 19 September 2015
Time: 1-4pm
Bring: Hiking gear* & bug repellent!
Also bring: at least one adult with a child
To be sure there are enough snacks & materials for your family, if possible, please RSVP by Friday 18 September 2015 via blog comment @ http://naturescienceclub.weebly.com
or email @ [email protected]
*‘Hiking gear’ can be as simple as old sneakers, shoes, or boots that you are comfortable walking 1-2 miles in, and that you don’t mind getting muddy or wet, if there is mud or water on the trails. Finally, a water bottle for yourself and child(ren) is important. A small backpack or other easy-to-carry bag to hold the sunblock, bug repellent, hat, and water is very helpful.
