1. Gathering at the community room in Haslett Public Library @ 1pm
2. An outdoor* hopping, skipping, frog ecosystem game
3. Indoors: Snack (provided by Foods for Living) with book read-aloud & chat about child-inspired club project ideas
4. Learning to identify Michigan's 13 frog & toad species
5. How to use Frogwatch Citizen Science Monitoring Site
6. Frog Call Bingo Game
7. Outdoors: Hiking through forest & fields, past ponds & wetlands to look & listen for frogs & toads, including time to play & explore.
Where: Haslett Public Library
When: Saturday 26 March 2016
Time: 1-4pm
Bring: Hiking gear**
Also bring: at least one adult with a child

Note: If you came to the Michigan Frogs & Toads program last year, you are encouraged to attend again! How much do you remember? Can you improve your Frog Call Bingo Game? Submit data to FrogWatch?
*If the weather is below 0 degrees with windchill, we will play this game in the gym across the hall from the library. You may want to have your child bring gym shoes so they don't need to run in boots or socks.
**‘Hiking gear’ can be as simple as old sneakers, shoes, or boots that you are comfortable walking 1-2 miles in, and that you don’t mind getting muddy or wet, if there is mud or water on the trails.
